SOLUTION!!! just updated Ipad air to 13.2.2. Pdf again not opening. I read from somewhere to try to uninstall Aliexpress app. Uninstalled Aliexpress and Alibaba. And it worked, it’s showing pdf files again. Wery strange. I quit already using iPhone and because of this kind of happenings i quit soon use of ipad. almostbob, it has to be a pdf unfortunately and for once it isn't the client being awkward! It's some external thing where they have asked all the drivers to submit pdf's. I think for now he and I will accept it as a limitation and hope most people open it on a comp and not a phone!
